By texting a Pyllar-powered business, here's what you're agreeing to and how to manage your preferences. Pyllar is a service operated by Elmnto LLC that provides AI-powered messaging systems on behalf of small businesses.

By sending a text message to a business using Pyllar, you consent to receive automated SMS replies related to your inquiry, including appointment confirmations, follow-ups, and customer service responses. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply.

This consent applies each time you initiate contact with a Pyllar-powered business number. You will not receive unsolicited marketing messages as a result of this consent.

Types of Messages

When you text a Pyllar-powered business number, you may receive the following types of automated messages:

  • Automated inquiry responses: Direct replies to the questions or requests you send.
  • Appointment confirmations and reminders: Scheduling-related messages based on your service request.
  • Follow-up messages: Check-ins related to an open inquiry or service.
  • Customer service replies: Responses from the business or their representative.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with the business. Typically you will receive 1–5 messages per conversation. You will not receive unsolicited marketing or promotional messages. Messages are only sent in direct response to conversations you initiate.

Rates

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Pyllar does not charge for messages, but your carrier's standard messaging rates apply. Contact your carrier for details on your plan's messaging costs.

Your Privacy

Your phone number and message content are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Key commitments:

  • We do not sell your personal information.
  • We do not share your phone number or message content with third parties for marketing purposes.
  • Your information is used solely to facilitate the service you requested from the business you contacted.
  • Data is retained for no longer than 24 months after your last interaction and may be deleted upon request.

Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Reply HELP for assistance. You can always text back to restart the conversation.

Opt Out & Help

You can stop receiving messages or request support at any time by texting the following keywords to the business number you contacted:

STOP HELP
  • STOP: Immediately unsubscribes you. You will receive a one-time confirmation that messaging has been cancelled. No further messages will be sent unless you re-initiate contact.
  • HELP: Returns support information and contact details for assistance.
